Authentication Process
- Capture — the camera detects and captures the face at the door in real time
- Verify — 3D liveness detection confirms a real person, not a photo, video, or mask
- Match — RockOS matches the face against the credential enrolled on the device in under 1 second
- Detect — continuous doorway monitoring to detect tailgating, ensuring anyone entering without valid authentication is flagged immediately
- Escalate — integrated video and SIP intercom let the security team view and speak with anyone flagged for inspection
