The 29-inch dual-screen mobile phone detection gate MCD 9000 is a security inspection device based on the eddy current principle and electromagnetic induction, using metal identification and classification technology along with magnetic field conversion technology. Model 9000 supports network connection, cloud platform, and connection to a gate machine; 29-inch dual front/rear screens, 8 detection zones, 256-level adjustable sensitivity, Dahua 2-megapixel camera with 128G storage.

The main system consists of: the detection gate, the excitation signal generation module, the eddy current/electromagnetic signal sensor, the signal processing and control module, the data processing module, and the remote monitoring system.

Detection Modes

• Mobile phone detection mode: When passing through the security gate, metals on ordinary clothing such as metal buttons, necklaces, lighters, keys, coins, belt buckles, compasses, hair clips, thermos bottles, folding umbrellas... will not trigger an alert. When carrying electronic products, the system issues audio and visual alerts, graphical and text reminders, and indicates the concealment location. Detection and alerting are not affected when the phone is in standby, powered off, with the battery removed, with the SIM removed, or wrapped in five layers of copper and tin foil.
• Prohibited items detection mode: When passing through the security gate, small metals that do not exceed the alert threshold such as metal buttons, necklaces, lighters, keys, coins, belt buckles, compasses, hair clips on ordinary clothing, along with electronic products such as mobile phones, will not trigger an alert. An alert will be issued when carrying prohibited items such as knives, guns, wrenches, hammers.
• All-metal mode: When personnel pass through the security gate in a standard posture, small metals exceeding the alert threshold such as coins, keys, metal buttons, belt buckles on ordinary clothing and prohibited items will trigger an alert and indicate the concealment location of the prohibited items.
• Electronics + prohibited items mode: The phone + prohibited items mode combines the advantages of the mobile phone detection mode and the prohibited items detection mode to ensure the security gate effectively detects and alerts in various situations. Metals such as metal buttons, necklaces, lighters, keys, coins, belt buckles, compasses, hair clips on ordinary clothing, along with electronic products such as mobile phones, will not trigger an alert, ensuring convenient passage for ordinary clothing and everyday carried items. At the same time, when carrying electronic products or concealed prohibited items such as knives, guns, wrenches, hammers..., the system immediately issues audio and visual alerts, graphical and text reminders, and even indicates the concealment location, in order to effectively prevent the carrying and use of prohibited items.

• Bluetooth headset and smart glasses detection function (optional): Specially designed to detect carried electronic devices. When passing through, the system issues audio and visual alerts, graphical and text reminders to ensure the comprehensiveness and accuracy of security inspection.
• Cloud Platform function: Through convenient operations on the cloud platform website, users can remotely set security gate parameters, including detection mode settings, alert items, and zone sensitivity. At the same time, users can look up detection records via the web interface, including detailed information such as the number of people passing through the security gate and alert status for data analysis and monitoring.
