- Is a redundant PSU necessary?
For luxury residential homes: not needed (1 PSU + 60-min UPS is sufficient). For commercial mission-critical (24/7 conference center): recommended. Recommended UPS APC SRT 3000 + dual PSU for offshore yachts / megayachts.
- Can it be used with the old TSW-1070 touchscreen?
Yes. CP4 is backward compatible with TSW series from 2018 (TSW-560, TSW-760, TSW-1060, TSW-1070). Firmware update touchscreen auto via Crestron Home OS deployment.
