Yes. The system requires trained dealers (such as An Ninh Số) to program scenes, timeclocks, and integrations. Lutron provides the proprietary HomeWorks QSX Designer software.
- Is integration with Crestron easy?
Very easy. The HWQSX-8 supports the QS Link protocol and REST API, allowing Crestron to control each lighting zone via a built-in driver. Average integration time is 1-2 days.
- Is the 20-year design lifespan realistic?
