CEIA THS/MBB is an industrial metal detector in modular conveyor belt form, using proprietary Multi-spectrum technology to optimize sensitivity for all metal contaminants while minimizing product effect. Structure and components are made of AISI 316L stainless steel and food-grade plastic (compliant with EU, FDA). The conveyor system is integrated with the metal detector and rejection system. Supports various belt types: Intralox flush grid, Intralox flat top. Available rejection systems: belt stop, air blast, pusher arm, overhead pusher arm. Advanced Autotest function. Automatic learning and tracking of product effect. Fully compliant with HACCP standards. Detects and removes ferrous, non-ferrous, and stainless steel metal contaminants. Digitally adjustable conveyor speed. All components are reversible for maximum flexibility.
