The MCD-6040 is an intelligent security inspection system that uses X-ray to inspect baggage and cargo quickly without opening packages. The device uses an advanced X-ray image detection system, efficient semiconductor detectors, digital image processing technology, and computer image display technology, providing an efficient, reliable and high-quality image processing system. The machine has large HDD capacity for storing many high-resolution images, intelligent recognition and prohibited goods alarms, image enhancement, network expansion and interconnection, fingerprint login, automatic detection and maintenance.

• Image Storage: supports storage of more than 1 million images; images include danger level and item type; you can choose to view the original image or the AI image.
• Baggage Search: supports search by time, object type and more; playback and export of scanned baggage images along with related video.
• TIP Management: supports random insertion of dangerous goods images into scanned package images during normal operation; configure insertion frequency, proportion of dangerous goods types, start and end times; query item insertion reports and evaluation reports.
• Package Linkage: the front entrance camera or in-channel camera can be configured to capture packages, then link with X-ray images and store them so inspection staff and passengers can easily review them.
• Image Processing: supports image enhancement effects: color/black and white, partial enhancement, super enhancement, edge enhancement, scan, organic material separation, inorganic material separation, mixed separation, color inversion, high energy enhancement, low energy enhancement, bright, dark, Z7/Z8/Z9 density danger alarm, high density alarm, AI overlay, vertical flip, pseudo color, etc.
