Raptor VisitorSafe — Visitor Management Software for Schools

Raptor VisitorSafe is a visitor management software for schools, providing digital identity verification, visitor screening against registered sex offender databases and custom databases, running on Mac, PC, iPad, and Android tablets.

Key Features

• Unmatched Security: provides digital verification that the visitor and the person on the ID are the same individual.
• Comprehensive Screening: every visitor is screened against registered sex offender databases and any custom databases created by the school.
• Community Convenience: the Raptor Safe app allows community members to create verified profiles and receive a digital Raptor Passport for fast entry, suitable for frequent visitors and contractors.
• Visitor Safety: VisitorSafe integrates with Raptor Emergency Management for fast visitor accounting and real-time reunification in emergency situations.
• Visitor Volume: efficiently manage large visitor volumes during school events while maintaining strict safety procedures and accountability.
• Student Activity: syncs with the school's Student Information System (SIS) to provide up-to-date student and guardian information, supporting late arrival and safe early dismissal processing.
• Staff Tracking: track staff and district-wide staff for consistent records of substitute teachers, staff, and itinerant teachers.
• Powerful Reporting: VisitorSafe automatically logs all visitor data, allowing schools to generate comprehensive reports for security analysis and compliance.
