ThermiCam AI là cảm biến thermal imaging thông minh (intelligent thermal imaging sensor) cho giám sát giao thông trong môi trường đô thị phức tạp, dùng thuật toán AI xây dựng trên 25+ năm phát hiện giao thông kết hợp thermal imaging. Độ phân giải VGA (640 × 480), frame rate 30 fps, IP67, dải nhiệt độ -34°C đến 74°C, 24 virtual loops phát hiện hiện diện. Có 3 biến thể: ThermiCam AI - 690, ThermiCam AI - 645, ThermiCam AI - 632.
