BioEntry W3 是 Suprema 的 AI 人脸识别验证设备，采用搭载 NPU（神经网络处理单元）的优化 AI 处理器，处理速度快、精度高。设备设计轻薄（50 x 160 x 34.15 毫米，重 283 克），具备 IK08 抗冲击等级，IP67 防尘防水。支持多种验证方式：人脸、RFID 卡（125kHz EM、13.56MHz MIFARE/DESFire/FeliCa/iCLASS/Seos）、NFC、BLE 及移动访问。移动端模板（ToM）功能可将人脸模板存储在移动设备上，增强数据安全性。已获 ISO/IEC 27001、ISO/IEC 27701 认证。人脸匹配速度 0.2 秒，支持多达 30,000 个人脸模板和 100,000 张卡片。配备 1.3 英寸 PMOLED 屏幕、2M 像素红外摄像头和 2M 像素可见光摄像头。连接方式包括 Ethernet 10/100 Mbps、RS-485（OSDP V2）、Wiegand、USB Type C、PoE（IEEE 802.3af）。工作温度 -20°C 至 50°C。
