The Bisen BS-IR33 safety infrared sensor is a single-beam infrared sensor, consisting of an infrared signal transmitter (TX) and an infrared signal receiver (RX), applied to automatic gates and barriers, installed indoors & outdoors, compatible with gate motors and automatic barriers.
Operating Principle
The Bisen BS-IR33 consists of two parts: an infrared signal transmitter (TX) and an infrared signal receiver (RX). These two devices create a continuous infrared beam. When a person, vehicle, or obstacle passes through and interrupts the infrared beam, the sensor sends a signal to the controller to:
- Stop the gate motor
- Reverse the automatic gate
- Prevent collisions between people and vehicles
