Không phụ thuộc ánh sáng — IR active trong đêm. **Privacy-by-design**: chỉ track anonymous data, không lưu video — phù hợp GDPR + Nghị định 13 VN.
Dashboard Xovis: footfall trend hourly/daily/weekly, peak hour, dwell time per zone, conversion rate (kết nối POS), queue length cho cashier optimization. Tích hợp BI tool (Tableau, Power BI) qua REST API.
